The apartment is newly built on the first floor in a maisonette and has 2 bedrooms (1 double bed in each bedroom) plus one more room that can be used either as a bedroom (with a folding sofa) or as a desk. It has two bathrooms with W.C and shower.

The kitchen-dining room is fully equipped and in addition to an electric cooker and a fridge, it also has a kettle, toaster, coffee maker, toaster and a spacious table.
The living room has a comfortable lounge and a fireplace. The sofas are made beds for extra guests.
There are two TVs (one in the bedroom and one in the living room). A free WiFi is featured throughout the apartment.
Aircondition as well as autonomous heating (radiator) is available in all rooms.
The apartment has a washing machine. Linen and towels are available every third day. Ironing and cleaning services (wiping, mopping, dusting) are also available upon request.
