Serenity Villa Aigio is located in a quiet and sparsely populated neighborhood on the outskirts of Aigio at a distance of 2 kilometers from the village of Digeliotika; right on the road that leads to it. The center of Aigio is 2 km away. Near the apartment there is a mini-market and butcher's shop.
Digeliotika has a long pebble beach with clear waters (awarded Blue Flag for many years repeatedly). You will find good family taverns at very affordable prices and a mini-market. The beach has a lifeguard and you will find it comfortable to park.
From Serenity Villa Aigio and following the road alongside the old railway network at Digeliotika, you can go to Aliki beach (also awarded with the Blue Flag) and the lagoon of the same name (belonging to the Natura 2000 Network), about 5 km away to the west. Alyki Beach is organized with a lifeguard, has plenty of coffee and a intense lifestyle even in the evenings.
Just before Aliki is the coastal zone and the port of Aigio with intense night life and a newly renovated waterfront ideal for walking and cycling (it has a bicycle path). At the beginning of the harbor you will find the famous Panagia Tripiti church, the patron saint of the city, worth visiting. From the harbor you can walk up to the town center through traditional cobblestone streets and the great Skala of Philopimenos.
Moving from Digeliotika to the east and again alongside the old railway network you can also go to the beaches of Temeni and Valimitika (4 and 5 km away respectively), which are known holiday villages with taverns, cafes, mini-market etc. The road is of very low traffic and is suitable for cycling.
